The process liquid filtration systems can be delivered in different materials such as plastic, Polypropylene, (coated) carbon steel, Stainless steel (314/316), Duplex and can be polished for specific applications such as food and beverage, chemical/refining/offshore/oilfield, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, metalworking, textile mills, ship builders, microelectronics and water treatment industries.
Filtration and separation rates can be achieved from mm strainers to sub-micron micro filtration and membrane filtration depending on the solids to be separated or removed.
Filter cartridges and filter bags can be offered in absolute and nominal micron rating ranges in materials or media such as nylon, polypropylene, polyester, stainless steel, Teflon, cotton, microglasfibre and cellulose in pleated polypropylene, resin bonded, melt blown (meltblown) and string wound (spunbound) versions or with activated carbon media. Also self-cleaning filters can be applied. Disposable or reusable types will be offered depending on the application and filtration requirements. Industrial liquids that can be treated include; potable water, process water, wastewater, sea water, brackish water, DI water, RO-pre-filtration, edible oils, starch, inks, paints and coatings, acids, solvents, concentrated alkaline, chemicals, fuels, lubricating oils, coolants, catalyst protection, emulsions and bleach.
